PLACING AN ORDER
To place an order, click on the "Add to Cart" button next to each item.
When you are finished shopping, select the view cart link and proceed to check
out. First time customers will be required to register. Return customers save
time, by simply inserting their username and password.

We have installed a Secured Shopping Cart via Paypal for online ordering from us. You can use your American Express, Mastercard, Visa, and Discover Credit cards, as well as Debit cards. Paypal's Secure Server also allows you to directly transfer funds for your purchase from your bank account. If you experience any difficulties in placing an order, please contact us.
All custom orders will be immediatly processesed through Secure Paypal Servers. We do not keep any records of your payment information data. You do NOT need a Paypal account to make a payment, you are free to use their Secure Payment Server without signing up.
We ship in stock items usually within 72 hours of Proof Approval, but special order items usually ships in 7-10 days. Graphic Intensive Custom orders will be handled on an individual basis. You will have several shipping options to choose from by USPS and UPS. Shipment is based on the average pakaged weight of the product you ordered.
There is no minimum order. Shipping and Sales Tax are calculated and added to
the total order at check out.

You may track the status of your order by clicking on the Order
Tracking Link, after which you will have to enter your specified user name and
password. Through this system you will be able to retrieve your basic shipping

Your privacy is important to us!
Making a purchase requires that you supply your contact information
(name-email-address-shipping address). When purchasing, you will create an
account that will store your information, so the next time you shop with us, you
will simply log in. Your information is strictly confidential. We use this for
your convenience, and to process our orders only.
The information you
provide to us will be used solely by us, to process your orders. We will not
distribute, display or sell any information you entrust to us. We will not
allow any third party access to your personal information unless forced to do so
by law. We will not solicit you or contact you outside of order
Since all of our work is Custom Work, we don't accept any returns unless we make a mistake. If we make a mistake, we will gladly fix or replace the item and ship it at our expense or refund your purchase. You do not need to return the original to us. We ask that you carefully review the proofs we email to you for spelling or other inaccuracies. If you approve the proof, thats what we are going to do. *Note concerning rock and natural item appearances: All rocks, granite tiles, ceramic tiles, and even glass have natural flaws and imperfections concerning their shapes, color, and appearance. These flaws and imperfections are not to be considered defects and are not returnable for that reason. We hand pick these items for character, uniquness, and carvability, as well as to minimize the engrained imperfections.
